I don't clear 7-1-1(saihate) quest with this error code.
but other quest can clear.
And... after I renewed 6 quest clear, 8, 9, 10 quest disappear.
How i do that?

This issue happened right after the Long Maintenance but was fixed later on, now it comes back to me again XD
I sent an email to tell the game operation. We just need to wait for them to fix it.
There was actually an announcement inside the game regarding to this problem at the end of last month, which mentioned if you were still having the same problem, please talked to them
You could write an email to them in English, but they would reply to you in Japanese
